At Stylo 7, we focus on delivering quality products and transparent business practices. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. No Return & No Exchange Policy

  • Stylo 7 follows a strict No Return, No Exchange policy.
  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned for:
    • Size or fit issues
    • Colour variation
    • Design preference
    • Change of mind
    • Personal reasons

Customers are requested to review product details, size charts, and images carefully before ordering.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and dispatching products. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit.

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and videos of:
    • The damaged product
    • Original packaging
    • Shipping label
  • Send details to: stylo7india@gmail.com

After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).

⚠️ Refunds or cash compensation are not available for damaged items.


3. Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • Damage is caused by customer handling
  • Product is used, washed, or altered
  • Tags are removed
  • Complaint is raised after 48 hours
  • Product is returned without approval

4. Refund Policy

a. No General Refunds

  • Refunds are not provided for completed orders.
  • Payments once made are non-refundable.

b. System or Payment Errors

Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Failed transaction with amount debited
  • Technical gateway errors

After verification, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is allowed only for transit-damaged or defective items.
  • Replacement will be provided for the same product.
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative of equal value may be offered.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of reshipment due to wrong address or failed delivery, extra shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

7. Order Refusal & Cancellation

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
  • Stylo 7 reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

8. Processing Time

  • Replacement requests are reviewed within 3–5 working days.
  • Approved replacements are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
